Brief introduction:

Column boom welding manipulator is used to manipulatewelding torch for weldment seam welding.
It is able to centralize all controlprocedure by operator integrating welding power & control box on platform.

Detail description of welding manipulator:

Welding manipulator are used to locate a weld head to adesired position for welding in a able and secure manner.
Welding manipulator is a versatile andrugged solution to obtain up to 8m of lift and reach to duplicate the functionof a highly skilled welder.
Manual or powered mobile sub-based cars canbe included for varying length weldments and procedures.
Once in position, the part is moved duringwelding to produce high quality welds.
A welding manipulator can be used on a widevariety of parts and part shapes.
Welding is performed using GTAW, PAW, GMAW,FCAW, SAW or YAG Laser.
In some GMAW, SAW and FCAW welding, thestandard boom can be used as a linear welding axis, as these weld processes maynot required precise welding motion.

CE complaince pendant control station usinglow voltage on the generous 8m cable.
Anti-fall device and limit switches for allmotions.
