Girth welding machine

Circular seam welding machine series are mainlyused for circular seam butt or lap joint of sheet barrel. It adopts structureof head & tail stock and mainly composes of head stock, bed, tail stock,support, welding torch holder, traveling carriage and so on. Head stock ispower source, with different clamping, then through the tail stock manual orpneumatic clamping the work pieces, making work pieces rotate and realizingwelding. Welding torch holder is installed on the beam, it can be moved leftand right; Traveling carriage is installed with X-Y slider for adjustingposition of welding torch. Usually work with TIG, MIG/MAG or Plasma weldingpower to achieve automatic circular seam welding system.
